shredded coconut,

Instructions
In a blender add pineapple chunks, unsweetened coconut milk, and honey. Blend until smooth.
Stir shredded coconut into the mixture and distribute evenly between the ice pop molds.
Freeze pops until solid, approximately 3 hours. Serve frozen.
