Pear Cinnamon Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats
  • 1/3 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1/2 cup non-fat greek yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 1 medium pear, sliced
  • 5 pecan halves, chopped

Instructions
 

  • Combine oats, almond milk, Greek yogurt and cinnamon in a mason jar. Stir lightly until well blended. Seal jar and refrigerate overnight. Prior to eating, slice pear and add to oats and top with pecans.
