Basil and Lime Watermelon Slushies

- 1 cup seltzer water
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 16 ounces watermelon, chunks
- 1 tbsp fresh basil leaves
- 1/2 cup ice cubes
In a blender place seltzer water, lime juice, watermelon, basil, and ice cubes and combine until smooth.
Serve in small cups and enjoy!
You can substitute lime juice and basil for lemon juice and mint, respectively. Add 1 teaspoon of sorghum syrup or maple syrup for additional sweetness.
