Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1/3 cup 2% Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup almond milk, or milk of choice
  • 1/2 medium frozen banana
  • 3 tablespoons powdered peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon cardamom

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a high-speed blender add all ingredients and mix for a minute or two until all ingredients are well blended. Serve in a tall glass.
