toasted

Daisy low-fat cottage cheese
4
cherry tomatoes,
halved

tablespoons
fresh basil,
chopped
salt and black pepper,
to taste

teaspoon
olive oil
Instructions
Toast bread to desired crispiness.
In a small bowl, mix cottage cheese with salt and pepper. Spread cottage cheese onto toast and top with cherry tomatoes and shredded basil. Drizzle olive oil over toast. Enjoy.
