Peanut Butter and Jelly and Cottage Cheese

Servings 1 serving


  • 1 slice 100% whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 1/4 cup Daisy low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon grape jelly


  • Toast bread to desired crispiness.
  • In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese and peanut butter together. Spread on top of toast and top with jelly. Enjoy.
