100% whole wheat bread,
toasted

Daisy low-fat cottage cheese
salt and pepper,
to taste
sliced cucumber
sliced red onion

tablespoon
fresh parsley,
chopped
lemon juice,
to taste
Instructions
Toast bread to desired crispiness.
In a small bowl, combine cottage cheese with salt and pepper. Spread cottage cheese on toast and top with cucumber, red onion and parsley. Squeeze lemon juice over toast.
