My approach to clean eating is consuming more plant-based, whole foods that nourish your body for optimal health. To me, clean eating means enjoying balanced meals and snacks that include high-quality, nutrient-dense foods. In addition, I focus on being efficient, because we are all short on time these days. Both of my cookbooks will guide you through how to purchase food ingredients, stock your kitchen, and prepare meals with time to spare. As a registered dietitian and mom, I know how important it is to have a plan that doesn’t require an entire day of meal prep. Like you, I want to give my family the food they crave while making it full of the nutrients they need. And while I offer more plant-based meals to enjoy during the week, I also include your favorite dishes with smaller portions of high-quality vegetarian and other animal proteins packed with more wholesome ingredients that will appeal to the meat-eaters in your life.
