What is Clean Eating?
My approach to clean eating is consuming more plant-based, whole foods that nourish your body for optimal health. To me, clean eating means enjoying balanced meals and snacks that include high-quality, nutrient-dense foods and exclude ultra-processed foods. Enjoy more fruits, vegetables, whole grains, nuts, seeds, pulses, and legumes.
Are both books Plant-Based?
Like you, I want to give my family and friends the food they crave while making it full of the nutrients they need. My focus is always on plant-based eating. However, I include your favorite dishes with smaller portions of high-quality vegetarian and other animal proteins packed with more wholesome ingredients that will appeal to the meat-eaters in your life.
