- 1 slice 100% whole wheat bread, toasted
- 1/4 cup Daisy low-fat cottage cheese
- 4 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
- salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Toast bread to desired crispiness.
- In a small bowl, mix cottage cheese with salt and pepper. Spread cottage cheese onto toast and top with cherry tomatoes and shredded basil. Drizzle olive oil over toast. Enjoy.
